In 1994, after the loss of a beloved pet and struggling to find someone to help honor their life, our founder, Bill Watts, took a significant step. Having been in the funeral business since 1983, Bill understood how important it is to honor a life, and he believed our pets deserve the same respect. This led him to install our first pet crematory, ensuring that families could find the compassionate care they needed during such a difficult time. Though Bill passed away in 2005, his legacy lives on through the commitment of his wife, Margaret, and his son, Jamie. As a family-owned and operated business, we treat your pet like a member of our own family because, to us, they truly are.
